4. Terms of Sale
The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and applies to Users accessing the Site and using it, both before the date of publication of the Agreement, and after the date of its publication on the Site.
If for one reason or another any of the terms of the Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms of the Agreement.
The agreement and relations between the Owner and the User are regulated in accordance with the law. The Parties to the Agreement undertake to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the event of a dispute of a legal nature related to the Agreement or the Site.
